My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. The rooms are some of the best quality and design I have experienced worldwide, reasonably sized for comfort, and even come with complimentary drinks and a Bose speaker. The service was very friendly and helpful, although there were some language barriers. The location is excellent, right downtown and close to the Gion District, making it easy to explore. The dining experience, while slightly expensive, offered authentic Japanese options in the morning. Overall, a great value for money with amazing amenities.

The hotel offers some of the best quality and design for rooms I have experienced worldwide, which is rare for Japan. However, the rooms haven't been properly cleaned on days 2 and 3 of my stay. The service was friendly and supportive till the end, but the communication was limited due to English proficiency. The location is fantastic, right downtown and close to the famous fish market and beautiful neighborhoods. The dining experience was delicious but considered too expensive for some options.
